1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using The Work Shop (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Platform. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Your Account
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users under 18 should use the Platform with a parent or guardian's permission. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Purchases & Pricing
Your first workshop is free. Additional workshops are $1.99 each, with optional bundles at discounted rates. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Prices may change with reasonable notice, but any workshop you have already paid for remains accessible to you. Due to the digital nature of our product, paid workshops are generally non-refundable except where required by law — if you're not satisfied, contact our support team and we'll review your request.
4. AI-Generated Instruction
Our workshops are led by AI instructors. While we work hard to make the content accurate, helpful, and safe, AI-generated content may contain mistakes and should not be used as a substitute for professional advice — including medical, legal, financial, or psychological guidance. Always consult a qualified professional for important decisions.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) share your account or resell access to the Platform; (b) use the Platform to harass, threaten, or harm others; (c) attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt the Platform's operation; (d) misuse the referral or credit systems; or (e) violate any applicable laws or regulations.
6. Certificates
Certificates of completion recognize your progress through a workshop. They are provided for personal achievement and are not accredited degrees, licenses, or professional qualifications.
7. Intellectual Property
The Platform's content, branding, and materials are owned by The Work Shop or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the Platform for personal learning. Your own submissions (such as homework answers) remain yours.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Work Shop is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Platform and delete your account at any time by contacting support.
